Thankful.....

I meant to post this yesterday, but here goes! I am so thankful for everyone in our lives who are so helpful and understanding. We had Thanksgiving Dinner at our house yesterday. It was a small gathering just Dave's sister Carrie and her family along with one of Dave's coworkers and her boyfriend. Everything was so yummy and it was so nice to watch Hunter play with his cousin Blake.

This week's therapy seemed to get better as the week went on. While Hunter still screams and cries, it is getting shorter in duration. We have decided that until he gets better I will take him into the session and play for the first 5-15 minutes while the therapist gets organized and then leave. I really hope I can start sitting in on the sessions soon, but I know that Hunter is stubborn so it might take a while. I am also planning on having a few outings a week with Carrie and the boys to get Hunter out of the house. Cody also has a friend who has an 11 mo. old and a 2 1/2 yr. old who has invited us to playgroup, so I am going to contact her to see about some play dates. I have just been really leery of taking Hunter to play since he doesn't play with toys appropriately and likes to play rough. I at least know that Blake can hold his own with Hunter, so I don't worry as much.

We have therapy 4 days next week, hopefully I will get to post good reports!
